• After making an appointment, we will be sure to remind you with a message as we look forward to welcoming you and your pet to the clinic.  
  • On arrival, you will be greeted with treats for your pet and asked to weigh them on the scales (Cats get to do this step in the consult room!).  A calming pheromone blanket or bandana will be offered while we check you in. 
  • The vet or nurse will then invite you to the consult room, introducing themselves and initiating a discussion about the reasons for your visit 
  • The team will listen to your concerns, ask questions to clarify and then summarise these, progressing to a full examination only once information is clear
  • A full physical examination will be completed as appropriate for your pet 
  • A summary and treatment plan will be discussed, with the team working with you to create the most suitable option for your pet and you.  Patient/client centric care is at the core of what we do.  
  • A check in to ensure the information is clear and then a friendly handover to our customer experience team to check you out and help you get on with the rest of your day (and some more treats of course!)
